Recently, we successfully installed a robust 7000 lbs. capacity jib crane for a valued customer who relocated from South Carolina to Georgia.

Our comprehensive service included:

Mechanical Take-Down and Transportation: Our experienced crew efficiently dismantled and prepared the jib crane for transportation. We securely loaded the crane onto a flatbed truck for safe delivery to its new location.

Foundation Preparation: We meticulously planned and executed a sturdy 9’x9’x4′ concrete foundation to support the crane system. This involved saw cutting the existing slab, excavating soil, installing reinforcing steel, placing a custom-made bolt template, and pouring and curing the concrete to ensure long-lasting stability.

Installation and Commissioning: Once the foundation was ready, we expertly reinstalled the jib crane on the new foundation. Our team ensured the concrete had cured sufficiently to safely support the crane's weight before final installation.
